amazing stay!

the location proved fantastic! access to transport was super easy. the staff were responsive to any questions we had. i would highly recommend this place. the spacious room had a lovely feel (especially the high ceilings!).
the room was a little noisy when people shut their doors. banging occurred throughout the night, disruptive. the air con wasn't great either.

breakfast included a variety of options (everything from scrambled eggs to fresh fruit!). the drinks selection was also plentiful, with coffee, tea, and juices available. i found everything to be fresh and tasty.

the location is central with great transport links. alexanderplatz is walkable. it is also close to the hackescher markt station and even closer to tram stops. this made getting around super easy!

the hotel is centrally located. museum island is a short walk. the room was spacious. i appreciated the large windows and comfortable beds. the breakfast was varied, with fresh fruit. i also appreciated how helpful the staff were.
i had an issue with the wifi. it did not work on my iphone. i asked for it to be resolved, but it wasn't. i had to leave a night early because of this issue. i did not receive an apology, disappointing.

the room included a comfortable bed. large windows provided plenty of natural light. it had ample space for luggage and working. the room size allowed movement without feeling cramped.

the hotel location proved central. it was near the museum island and a short walk to many spots. the breakfast included a good selection, also the breakfast staff were very friendly.
the bathroom fan made a loud noise and always turned on with the light. that was slightly annoying.
